We Proudly get all our meats from Eichenberger who are a family owned butcher in Wetzikon, they cure and cut all the meats themselves and you can also buy our products there!
Sapori Italiani owned by the legend Salvatore Piccinni is our Italian foods supplier. He sources us the best ingredients italy has to offer and we could not do it without him!
Our mushrooms come from Fine Funghi an Organic Mushroom grower in Zürcher Oberland they grow amazing biological
mushrooms all year round.

We source our wood from Daniel Reiser who is a Lumberjack in Zürcher Oberland, the wood we use is Beech and is sustainable.
