Our mushrooms come from Fine Funghi an Organic Mushroom grower in Zürcher Oberland they grow amazing biological
mushrooms all year round.
We source our wood from Daniel Reiser who is a Lumberjack in Zürcher Oberland, the wood we use is Beech and is sustainable.
